Presque Isle’s 29th Annual Holiday Light Parade will be held on Saturday, December 1, and is expected to draw a large crowd of spectators to celebrate the spirit of the season.

Some changes to the 26th annual Presque Isle Holiday Light Parade on Saturday will help ensure a pedestrian-friendly environment and promote the spirit of a street festival, according to Kim Smith, Public Information Officer for the City of Presque Isle.

Aroostook County -  The Star City will shine even brighter than it usually does the first weekend in December when northern Maine’s largest Holiday Light Parade, sponsored by Emera Maine, and a host of other activities surrounding the annual event  are set to mark the season.

The Holiday season is once again upon us, and many towns in our area do it up right and in a big way! The town of Houlton is no exception!
