Fatal Collision

A 37-year-old man died and two people were seriously injured after a two-vehicle crash late Friday night in Florenceville.

A 20-year-old Madawaska man died Friday afternoon in a head-on collision on Route 1 near the Grand Isle-Madawaska Town Line.

Officers responded to the crash on Route 390 in Rowena Sunday afternoon.

The driver of the car was taken to hospital where he died as a result of his injuries.
