Cancer Survivor's Day is Saturday (9/12) at the Harold Center for Cancer Care on the Old Belgrade Road in Augusta. Hear and meet cancer survivor and Maine humorist, Tim Sample. He'll be speaking at 1pm.

A Memorial Motorcycle or vehicle run will be held this Saturday, August 15 to benefit local cancer patients.

Aroostook County  -  Representatives from TAMC, the City of Presque Isle and the local patient support group C-A-N-C-E-R (Caring Area Neighbors for Cancer Education and Recovery) will break ground, Saturday, October 11, on a new space at TAMC’s A.R. Gould Memorial Hospital campus designed to improve and expand treatment at the region’s most comprehensive cancer center.

What started out as an act of compassion has turned into a heated controversy.
