BANGOR, Maine (AP) — Anthony Lord who pleaded guilty to killing two people and wounding three other people in a two-county shooting rampage is returning to court.
An Aroostook County man charged in connection with a shooting rampage two years ago that left two people dead and three others wounded has changed his plea to guilty.
