Stolen Cannon, Side-By-Side & Drugs Seized; Three Arrested in Liberty, Maine
Three People Arrested
The Maine State Police arrested three people in Liberty on Thursday, August 4th for multiple charges including drug trafficking.

Police also found stolen items including a cannon and a Can-Am side-by-side vehicle.
Warrants for Arrest
The arrest came after Troopers located a 27-year-old man on School Ridge Road in Liberty. Cole Libby had several warrants for his arrest from Knox, Waldo, and Franklin County.
Law enforcement said Libby was in possession of close to 50 grams of fentanyl. Police also found firearms, drug scales, and around $8,500 in suspected drug proceeds.
Two More People Arrested
Two other people who are convicted felons were at the home. Police arrested 28-year-old Felicia Glidden and 56-year-old Randall Smith, both from Liberty.
Glidden was in possession of meth and prescription drugs. Smith was in possession of approximately 6 grams of meth and two pistols. He also had $1,700 in suspected drug proceeds.
Charges
All three were taken to the Waldo County Jail. They are currently out on bail, according to Shannon Moss, Public Information Officer, Maine Department of Public Safety.
- Cole Libby is charged with Aggravated Trafficking of Schedule W Drugs (Class A), Receiving Stolen Property (Class C), and Violating Conditions of Release.
- Felichia Glidden is charged with Unlawful Possession of Schedule Drugs (Class D), Possession of a Firearm by a Prohibited Person (Class C), Aggravated Trafficking of Schedule W Drugs (Class A)
- Randall Smith is charged with Trafficking in Schedule Drugs (Class B), Possession of a Firearm by a Prohibited Person (Class C)
