Semi-Final Thursday For County Basketball Teams at Cross Insurance Center in Bangor

Lots of County residents loaded the kids in to the car and headed down to Bangor Thursday for some exciting post-season High school Basketball action! Were you among them?

One would think that it was County Thursday, as seven out of eight teams playing at the Cross Insurance Center Thursday were from Aroostook County! I guess you could say we grow 'em right in the County!

Hodgdon Boys beat Easton 45 - 31
Southern Aroostook Boys downed Van Buren: 49 - 45 (OT)
Van Buren Girls edged Fort Fairfield 39 - 37
Washburn Girls upset Schenck of East Millinocket 78 - 57
