Scotty McCreery To Play Free Show In Maine
Scotty McCreery is definitely one of the most successful American Idol winners. He is also one of the busiest. Back in October, he became a father for the first time and, earlier this year, he hit the road with country legends Brooks & Dunn for the latest leg of their Reboot Tour.
Now, we are hearing that he will be doing a free show in Maine this September.
Each summer, LL Bean does a free summer concert series. While they do feature local acts, the concert series also features notable national touring acts. Capping off the 2023 series will be Scotty McCreery.
You'll be able to catch him at LL Bean on Saturday, September 2nd. He'll take the stage at 7:30.
And-up-coming country artist Mackenzie Porter is also scheduled to perform this summer. Best known for her duet with Dustin Lynch "Thinking 'Bout You", she'll be taking the stage on Saturday, August 26th at 7:30 PM.
Other artists scheduled to perform this summer include Melissa Etheridge, Marc Cohn / Shawn Colvin, and Lucius. Check out the entire lineup HERE
LL Bean and Freeport are also going to be hosting a big 4th of July celebration. Events include a run, a parade, a concert featuring a named Wilderado, and a fireworks display.
