The Maine Titan Challenge was postponed from an earlier date last month and will be held  in the Campus Center on Monday, March 14 from 8:15 a.m. – 2:45 p.m. Snow date for this event is Monday, April 11.

The event brings area high school students to campus to compete against their peers across the state on business finance and marketing simulations.  All Maine high schools are invited to participate in this day long competition, free of charge.  Currently, more than 100 teams from Maine high schools are registered.  Twenty-three of these teams are competing at UMPI.

Three scholarship prizes are awarded and last year, Aroostook County teams received all 3 of the scholarships.  This event is sponsored on campus by the faculty of the business administration department.  FMI, contact Carolyn Dorsey at207-768-9584 or email carolyn.dorsey@maine.edu.
