A perfect case of "see something, say something" in action led Bangor cops to arrest three people this weekend.

Someone passing a parking lot off Main Street in Bangor Saturday evening noticed something off about one of the vehicles, and the folks inside of it. So they called Bangor PD to report the suspicious activity.

Sergeant Jason McAmbley, Public Information Officer with the Bangor Police Department, says when officers arrived at the parking lot around 6 PM, they had no trouble finding the individuals in question.

"A subsequent search of the people involved, and the car, resulted in a substantial amount of illegal drugs being seized. All three were charged with Unlawful Trafficking of Scheduled Drugs, and Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drugs."
