RCMP Investigate Sudden Death in Perth-Andover
The Perth-Andover RCMP is investigating the sudden death of a 81-year-old man from the village of Perth-Andover, New Brunswick.

Police officers were called to a residence in Perth-Andover just before dark Thursday where they discovered the body of a man in the backyard. According to Cpl. Marty Van Dijk of West District RCMP, it appears the man had been burning debris in the yard, and suffered burns to his body.
An autopsy is scheduled to determine the exact cause of death, but police do not foul play. The name of the victim is not being released at this time. The investigation is ongoing.
