One suspect, 26-year-old Cody Melanson, turned himself in to police on Thursday, according to Constable Kevin Glode. The second man, 38-year-old David O'Connell, was arrested on the same day without incident after police received a tip from the public.

Police say Melanson has been returned to the custody of Correctional Service Canada. O'Connell remains in police custody and will appear in court on Friday.

The RCMP would like to thank the public for their assistance in locating these two men.
