Old Dominion have postponed several upcoming concerts so that frontman Matthew Ramsey can undergo surgery.

Billboard reports that the pop-country group have had to re-arrange three scheduled concerts so that Ramsey can have surgery on his leg to address an old injury that has flared up. Their show on Feb. 14 at Caesars Windsor in Windsor, Ontario, has been moved to June 13, and the gig planned for Feb. 15 at US Cellular Center in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, will now take place on March 31. A Feb. 16 show at the War Memorial Coliseum in Fort Wayne, Ind., has moved to May 2.

“Postponing concert dates was not the way I planned on starting 2019,” Ramsey says in a statement to Billboard. “Unfortunately the truth is that I’ve been playing with an injury for some time now (You may have noticed less pictures being posted of me flying through the air recently!). Unfortunately, the only way I can get back to the old me is to fix some things surgically. I want to be able to put on the best show I possibly can for you all and, in order to do that, I’ve got to take care of myself. I thank you all in advance for understanding, and I look forward to making a full recovery so that we all rock together. See you soon!”

According to Old Dominion’s website, all tickets that have been purchased for the postponed shows will be honored on the new dates.

Old Dominion shot to success with their first No. 1 hit, “Break Up With Him,” in 2015. They’ve since placed a string of No. 1 singles that include “Song for Another Time,” “No Such Thing as a  Broken Heart,” “Written in the Sand” and “Hotel Key.” Their current single is “Make It Sweet.”

The group have several more shows to play before taking mid-February off for Ramsey’s surgery. They will resume touring with a show in Athens, Ga., on Feb. 27.
