Milo, Maine Police Looking For 2 Suspects Caught On Video

Milo Police are looking for 2 people caught on video allegedly trying to break into the cash box of a gas pump.

Video of the Suspects Allegedly Trying to Break Into a Gas Pump Was Posted

Tradewinds Marketplace in Milo has posted two Facebook videos from their surveillance cameras. In the first video, the suspects can be seen allegedly attempting to break into a gas pump. The accompanying Facebook post states that they're allegedly trying to access the cash box from when people pay at the pump.

At the time of the attempted theft, there was reportedly only $10 in the pump.

A Second Video Shows the Same Suspects at the Tradewinds Carwash Kiosk

In the second video, Tradewinds Marketplace officials say the same pair allegedly checked out the carwash kiosk to see if it, also, accepts cash.

Milo Police report a rash of thefts in the area, including items from unlocked vehicles, anything that can be sold, and propane tanks. They say the items are being stolen late at night or in the early morning hours.

Milo Police Are Looking for the Suspects and Anyone in Possession of Stolen Stuff

Anyone who has lost items to thieves is encouraged to contact the police department with their information. Officials are working to identify the suspects involved. They add that the suspects will be caught and charged, as well as anyone in possession of said stolen items.
