At the present time, we feel the community is not at any immediate risk of flooding. However, with the weather predictions and water flow forecast, we are anticipating an increase in water flows over the next few days through the community. We are continuing to monitor the ice jam and water flows above the Grand Falls dam.

We truly appreciate the cooperation of the community members during this event and we look forward to your continued support in any future events. There will continue to be a strong presence from our local RCMP in the community over the next several days.
We would like to extend a Thank You to all the volunteer and government agencies who assisted our community over the past three days. Department of Natural Resources, Commercial Vehicle Enforcement, Off-Road Enforcement, RCMP, Public Safety – NB EMO, Perth-Andover Fire Department and all representatives of our local emergency management committee.”
