Get ready! It's going to be one heck of a show! Kenny Chesney and Jason Aldean are teaming up at the home of the New England Patriots as the country music superstars announced a second Gillette Stadium show to end their merged 2015 stadium tour on Friday, Aug. 28 and now Saturday, Aug. 29, 2015.

The announcement of the second Gillette Stadium show came late Sunday night; after the fans of country’s most dynamic touring acts snapped up tickets for the Aug. 28 show in Foxborough and the New England Patriots defeated Peyton Manning and the Denver Broncos, 43-21, to secure the best record in the AFC at 7-2.

The 11th date on the super-sized version of Chesney’s “The Big Revival Tour” presented by Corona Light and Aldean’s “Burn It Down Tour” should come as no surprise. New England has always welcomed both performers with enthusiasm. Some of Chesney’s most successful stops over the years have come at Gillette Stadium.

In fact, Chesney has played more shows at Gillette Stadium, which opened in 2002, than any other artist and named his New England fan base, “No Shoes Nation” during an August 2012 show at the stadium and named his 2013 tour after them. To commemorate the origin of “No Shoes Nation,” the Kraft family, prior to Chesney’s 2013 shows in Foxborough, surprised the country music star with a blue and white Super Bowl-like banner that reads, “Gillette Stadium, Birth Place of No Shoes Nation, Established Aug. 25, 2012.” The banner hung near the north end zone for both nights of his 2013 Gillette Stadium tour stop and continues to hang during major stadium events, including Patriots games.

Joining the duo for both nights at Gillette Stadium is Brantley Gilbert, who has had three #1s of his own and is the Academy of Country Music’s reigning Top New Artist.

Presale for the Aug. 29, 2015 show begins Tuesday, Nov. 4, with public on-sale starting Friday, Nov. 7. Additional information about the shows will be released in the coming weeks.

The tour will visit some of the nation’s most iconic and largest stadiums, including the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, Calif., Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wis., and AT&T Stadium in Dallas, Texas.

The “Aldean Army” and Chesney’s “No Shoes Nation” are among the most rabid fans in any genre of music, buying millions of tickets and repeatedly selling out the nation’s largest venues. They’re rewarded with two of country music’s most energetic live shows, each packed with an ever-increasing set list of hit songs, kinetic production values and memory moments for a legion of fans who come from far and wide to tap into the vibe.

The two experiences combined will no doubt be one of 2015’s most exciting live music events. For more information, visit kennychesney.com.
