Granger Smith's country boy alter ego Earl Dibbles Jr. is already famous, but the country singer isn't done having fun. Smith is introducing his fanbase to a new personality: Dwayne the Roadie.

A comical mini-documentary follows Dwayne, the undiscovered "best roadie in the world" as he completes his pre-show and mid-show tasks.

"I'm Dwayne. I'm best roadie in the world," Granger Dwayne says, introducing himself. Donning the perfect roadie uniform — a Korn T-shirt, white shades, baseball cap, gloves and scarf — Dwayne is serious about his role on the road.

These Country Singers Aren't Who They Say

"I roll cables. I pick up guitars. I mop floor. Sweep. I do it all," he says in a slowed drawl that's almost too syrupy to understand. "I'm best roadie in the world."

The day's show is a music festival, and Dwayne is on top of making sure the scene is set for artists like Michael Ray and Jake Owen to perform. Kane Brown also makes a cameo, taking in a performance from the side of the stage.

"People call me Dwayner. You could call me Dwayner. If you just meet me, call me Dwayne. You get to know me a little bit, call me Dwayner," Dwayne tells cameras. Dwayner (we're friends) is a stickler for safety, so you'll find him making sure the stage barriers are secure and the lighting is on par for each performance.

It's well-cited that Earl Dibbles Jr. has musical talent — see songs like “‘Merica,” “City Boy Stuck” and “The Country Boy Song" — but we can only hope to hear a song or two from Dwayner in the future.

Smith, meanwhile, is currently headlining his own tour before he joins Luke Bryan on the Huntin', Fishin', and Lovin' Every Day Tour in September.
