"Girl Crush" by Little Big Town is a great song, but have you heard "Mom Crush" yet? If you're a mother, this may just be the song that finally gets you. Christian group Selah put together a new parody of the hit song that expresses the thoughts of moms all over the planet who have access to social media.

The "Mom Crush" video features singer Amy Perry at a mic, wearing a bathrobe, backed up by two other moms in bathrobes, all in a very somber black and white. Interspersed with clips of the "perfect mom"'s Instagram feed and Twitter posts — of course displaying all her accomplishments and seemingly easy breezy life — the video explains (hilariously) how much the mom-crusher would love to have everything she has.

"I wanna taste her meals, yeah ‘cause they’re gluten free,” she sings. “I wanna drown myself in her Paleo fruit smoothies.”

The amazingly true-to-life lyrics of course make fun of the pressure moms feel to be perfect in a lighthearted way, but it ends with the reminder that social media is never fully accurate, and no one’s doing it perfectly.

Perry captioned the video on Facebook with a sincere comment about the issue:

"As a mom, I am constantly looking at social media and feeling inadequate when I compare myself to other moms,” she writes. "It's totally wrong, and I totally do it all the time. I was allowing other mom's successes to make me feel like a failure; not by anything they did to me, but because of my own insecurities. We all want to be perfect and we're all doing the best we can, and I hope this video shows a little of that. We are all in this together. And we need each other, because momming is HARD.”

Written by Lori McKenna, Hillary Lindsey and Liz Rose, "Girl Crush" was a smash hit for Little Big Town, earning two Grammy awards, two CMA awards and a CMT Music Award, on top of hitting No. 1 on the Billboard U.S. Hot Country Songs chart.
