Following the success of lead single "H.O.L.Y." off their third studio album Dig Your Roots, Florida Georgia Line are celebrating having the No. 1 album on Billboard's country albums chart this week. The duo share gratitude to their fans for the success of their latest album.

“Our fans embraced ‘H.O.L.Y.’ in such a remarkable way earlier this year, and we only dreamed that they would do the same for the full album once they experienced it,” Brian Kelley says in a press release.

“The fact that so many people wanted to use their hard earned dollars to buy Dig Your Roots is so humbling,” Tyler Hubbard adds. “Because of the support on the road, we’ve really been encouraged to take risks with our music and show more of who we are.”

At a press event last month, Florida Georgia Line expressed their surprise at how quickly their lead single "H.O.L.Y." was embraced by fans and country radio.

“I really don’t think we were prepared for the response that we were getting. Every single night, live, when people hear that we’re about to play ‘H.O.L.Y.’ the place erupts,” Hubbard shared. “We didn’t even feel that with ‘Cruise.’ To have the reaction it has is absolutely mind-blowing. I don’t think we really were expecting it to be quite so huge.”

Florida Georgia Line recently released “May We All,” the second single off Dig Your Roots, to radio which features Tim McGraw. Their Dig Your Roots Tour continues through the fall with Kane Brown, the Cadillac Three and Cole Swindell.
