The West District RCMP is asking for the public's assistance to identify those responsible for setting off fireworks towards a group of people in Saint-André, N.B.

On August 24, 2018, at 11 p.m., the Saint-Léonard detachment responded to a call of fireworks being launched from a vehicle towards three people.

A small, red four-door car slowed down in front of an apartment building on Godbout Street and the passenger in the vehicle discharged the fireworks in the direction of residents sitting outside.

No one was injured during this incident.
