A devastating early morning fire cost a family from Houlton all of their belongings, and they are in need of every day basic items.

Jocelyn Howe and her two sons, Danny and Nick, were left homeless this morning after a fire swept through their rented home.

The fine folks at York's of Houlton have teamed up to help one of their own, as Jocelyn works in the scheduling department at the dealership.York's employees have come together and raised $1,500 thus far for the Howe family.

If you can help the Howe family, you're encouraged to drop off household items, clothing or make monetary donations at York's of Houlton on North Street.

Clothing sizes needed are:

  • boys pants: size 6/6 and size 12
  • boys shirts: size 7 and size 13
  • boys shoes: size 13 and size 7
  • women's pants: size 14-16 Long
  • women's shirts: size XL
  • women's shoes: size 10
