Criminal Summons Issued at Underage Drinking Party in Oakfield, Maine
State Troopers issued a criminal summons and broke up an underage drinking party early Saturday morning on Thompson Settlement Road in Oakfield.
Police went to the residence on a noise complaint, and determined teenagers had been drinking alcohol at the home, said Corey Hafford, Maine State Police.
A criminal summons for “Furnishing a Place for Minors to Consume or Possess Liquor” was issued to the resident, 23-year-old Joshua Chambers. A “Disorderly Conduct” arrest was made for 25-years-old Jonathan Tanner who was taken to the Aroostook County Jail, said Hafford.
September 19th, they will appear in Houlton District court to answer to the charges.
