• The band is composed of members who met while students at the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas: Mike Eli (vocals, guitar), James Young (guitar), Jon Jones (bass guitar), and Chris Thompson (drums).
• All four band members are married.
• On January 21, 2013 the band made an appearance on an episode of ABC's "The Bachelor". On February 13, 2013, the band performed "Even If It Breaks Your Heart" on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno.
• They recently collaborated with a member of Rascal Flatts, Jay DeMarcus, recording a song together.
• Their latest hit, “Crazy Girl” was last year’s number one song on country radio. “Crazy Girl” also got the band two of its ACM nominations: Best Song and Best Single record.
