Welcome to the fourth annual Golden Boot Awards! The Boot’s fan-voted digital awards, the Golden Boot Awards will, in 2017, feature 10 categories of staff-selected nominees who made waves in the country music world between May 2016 and April 2017. Readers can vote for their preferred winner in each category as often as once per hour through 11:59PM ET on June 4. We’ll announce the winners on the site the following Monday (June 5).

Another new category in the Golden Boot Awards this year is Collaboration of the Year ... and 2017 was a big year for collaborations! Nominees in this category include Dierks Bentley and Elle King, for their hit "Different for Girls;" the version of "Daddy Lessons" by the Dixie Chicks and Beyonce; and Florida Georgia Line's song featuring Tim McGraw"May We All."

Speaking of McGraw, he and wife Faith Hill are contenders for Collaboration of the Year as well, with their new song "Speak to a Girl." Repping Americana are Old 97's and Brandi Carlile, who got together for "Good With God." And last but not least, the all-star "Forever Country" single, sung by Luke Bryan, Reba McEntire and many more -- together dubbed the Artists of Then, Now and Forever -- round out this Golden Boot Awards category.
