Aroostook County Snowmobile Trail Report as of March 1st
The good news is temps are going to drop and it will be cold for the weekend. Most clubs are reporting that they will be back out once the temps drop either Thursday night or Friday. With this being said trails will be hard and fast.
Ice Scratchers will be an added benefit to a sled for the weekend as the trails will have less than adequate lubrication, as long as groomers get out and groom this issue should be slightly resolved.
Remember that this weekend is the Sled Dog races in Fort Kent, Please use caution when on the trails where the race is being held. See below on this report for more detailed information.
