Annual Family Health Fair to Happen in Eagle Lake

The 26th Annual Family Health Fair will be held on Saturday, August 8th, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Eagle Lake Health Center.  

This event is sponsored by Fish River Rural Health.

This educational and free event is fun for the whole family.This year the health fair will offer a variety of free services and information to help residents of the area remain fit and healthy.

There will be free cholesterol and blood pressure screenings, height and weight measurements, and information booths on various topics.

Other attractions will include raffles, free bicycle helmets for children12 years and younger (while supplies last), K-9/Trooper Presentation and a tour of our local ambulance and fire truck.  The Children’s Identification Program (C.H.I.P.) will provide free fingerprinting for children.  There will be a Bouncy House, Face Painting, Teddy Bear Clinic, fun with Smokey the Bear and the Shrine Clowns, as well as, a variety of healthy snacks.
