Folks on the campus of Husson University are gearing up to host themselves a fun pop-rock concert at the Gracie Theatre.

New York-based rockers American Authors are bringing their 'Call Your Mother' Tour to Bangor.

The show is scheduled for Friday, November 15th.

Best known for "Best Day Of My Life", the band started out as a bunch of students from Berklee College of Music, who got together in 2006, and then spent almost a decade working on music. When they released the first album, 'Oh What A Life' in 2014, they  hit the ground running and never looked back. They've toured with the likes of The Fray, One Republic, and The Revivalists.

"Imagine seeing a hugely successful band up close and personal. That’s what you get when you attend a concert at The Gracie,” said Jeri Misler, managing artistic director of the Gracie. “This is going to be a fantastic opportunity to see a hit band live on stage performing their chart-topping music."

American Authors features Barnett on vocals and guitar, Dave Rublin on bass and drummer Matt Sanchez.

Tickets are on sale now and can be purchased through the Gracie box office. You can find them online at www.gracietheatre.com. You can also call the Gracie at 207-941-7888.

You won't break the bank to see these guys. Tickets range between $38 and $48.

Tickets for the concert range from $37.50 to $47.50 depending on the seats. A $2.50 ticketing fee will be added to the cost. Tickets are available at www.gracietheatre.com or by calling the box office at 207-941-7888.
