New Ventures Maine is holding its seventh annual ALL for Women: Aroostook Leadership and Learning conference.

The conference will be held on Friday, March 16, from 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM at the UMPI Campus Center in Presque Isle.

The ALL for Women conference is a day of inspiration, learning, and networking. Prior year events drew more than 150 women from across Aroostook and around the state.

The conference opens with a leadership panel whose members will provide an individual and group perspective on ‘Women’s Wisdom’. This conversation with Aroostook County leaders will shed light on realizing quality of life and success by rising above obstacles and barriers.

Breakout sessions throughout the day include tracks on Assets, Business, Career, and Empowerment with sessions focused on investing, estate planning, women’s role in rural community building, bridging the age gap at work, violence against women, customer service/conflict resolution, finding balance, and overcoming adversity/building resiliency.

Dynamic and engaging presenters for the day include Gretchen Morse of Edward Jones; Kim Smith of the Presque Isle Historical Society; Dori Pratt of University of Maine; Kasey Richards of Penobscot Community Health Care; Rebekah Shaw of Hope and Justice; Martha Grant, Attorney at Aroostook Elder Law; Susan Boulay of Girl Scouts of Maine; Cara Miller, owner of Inspired Wellness; and Dr. Elizabeth Cote Estrada of Indian Health Services, Micmac Service Unit.

Pre-registration for the NVME ALL for Women conference is required by Friday, March 2. Conference registration is first come, first serve. Registration is $25 per person or 2 for $40.
