Country newcomer Abby Anderson will join the fall leg of Brett Eldredge's the Long Way Tour. The "Make Him Wait" singer will perform ahead of Eldredge's headlining set each night.

"I am so excited to have Abby join the Long Way Tour this fall," Eldredge says in a press release. "She has a voice that grabs you by the heart and demands you to listen. It’s well beyond her years and I cannot wait to hear that golden voice every night."

The fall run of the tour will kick off on Sept. 13 in Denver and is scheduled to go through October, with additional dates to be announced in the coming weeks. Devin Dawson will also serve as a special guest throughout the 14-city trek.

Anderson is signed with Black River Entertainment. Earlier this year, she released her debut single to country radio. Titled "Make Him Wait," the song urges the listener not to rush into a relationship and to instead realize her self worth. Anderson wrote the song with Tom Douglas and Josh Kerr. "I’m sharing a little bit of my heart and the truth that I was brought up knowing," the Black River Entertainment artist explains on Instagram. "And honestly, I hope that this song serves as a reminder of how precious you are, how cherished you should be, and above all, to trust your worth with someone worth your trust."
