The Zac Brown Band have released the music video for their newest single, "Roots." Readers can press play above to watch the clip.

The "Roots" music video is made up of footage from the Zac Brown Band's recent hometown concerts at Alpharetta, Ga.'s Verizon Amphitheatre. The band opened their 2017 Welcome Home Tour with back-to-back shows at the venue.

"This is in memory of every dive bar that I've played in this town ... every dive bar all the way around Southeast," Brown tells the crowd while introducing "Roots," specifically shouting out the Dixie Tavern, located in Marietta, Ga. "This ones for you, baby."

"Roots" is the Zac Brown Band's second single from their newest album, Welcome Home. In the song, Brown reflects on the band’s trajectory: “Ooh, I wouldn’t change a thing,” he sings. “It made the man I am today.”

“My roots always keep me grounded / Roots remind me where I’m from,” Brown sings during the chorus of “Roots.” “Even when I’m a thousand miles away from my roots / I’m home.”

Welcome Home is ZBB’s fifth studio album.
