Woodstock Slammers Hockey Coach Steps Down

News from Woodstock Slammers hockey team to report on today.

According to Woodstock Slammers President Andrew McCain, Head Coach Justin Bowers has left the organization for private personal reasons.

The good news is that, Assistant Coach, Ryan Donald has been named the new Head Coach effective immediately.

McCain said, "Ryan Donald is an accomplished ex-professional hockey player, who was in fact Captain of the Yale Bulldogs NCAA Division I hockey club. I have complete confidence in his abilities to guide the Slammers as we move forward."

Officials say announcements will be forthcoming regarding additions to the Coaching staff.
