Woman Faces Drug Charges After Traffic Stop in Moncton
A 25-year-old Moncton woman faces drug trafficking charges after the RCMP say they found drugs in her car and at her residence.
Police pulled a car over on Old Shediac Road in Moncton last Thursday, according to Cpl. Mike Gaudet of the Codiac Regional RCMP. The woman was arrested after officers say they discovered drugs in the vehicle.
Police later executed a search warrant at a home on Weston Street in Moncton where they seized drug paraphernalia along with what was believed to be crack cocaine and marihuana.
The woman will appear in court at a later date. The investigation is ongoing.
