The National Weather Service Office in Caribou has upgraded the Winter Storm Watch to an actual Winter Storm Warning, saying our area could get a mix of snow, sleet and rain over the course of the next two days.

Southern Aroostook County and Carleton County could see between 4 and 8 inches of snow through Thursday afternoon. Areas north of Mars Hill have the potential to collect between 6 and 10 inches of snow. All of the County could see a trace of ice as well.

Highs will be right around the freezing mark and could make this a bit slick, so if you're traveling, be safe out there.
