Which Two Maine Restaurants Made the ‘2016 Essential Restaurant List?’

According to a story published today in the Portland Press Herald, two Maine restaurants have been named to Eater.com's 2016 list of “America’s Essential Restaurants”

Eventide Oyster Co. on Middle Street in Portland has been listed as one of the 38 "most essential" restaurants in America, and The Palace Diner in Biddeford was recognized in the "superlative" category.
