Anyone have a cool $10 Million? If you've got that kickin' around, you'll be able to afford Maine's most expensive home on the market right now.

According to Business Insider, the most expensive home up for sale right now here in the pine tree state is a mansion in Isleboro. Sitting on its own island off the coast of the small town, the 17-room house was built in 1918 and encompasses almost 9 acres of waterfront property.

Through beautiful front windows and the surrounding property, you can see views to the south of Penobscot Bay, west to the Camden Hills, and east over Seal Harbor. It even has a saltwater swimming pool, a boathouse, paddle tennis court, professional putting green, and a full guest house for visitors.

According to the real estate website, the property is still available. Check out the photos and see what almost $10 million can buy here in Maine:

Here's how the realtors describe the location:

An island three miles off the coast of Maine, Islesboro is readily accessed by public ferry, a 20-minute ride across upper Penobscot Bay, or by private aircraft landing on the island's 2,500-ft. airstrip. The island's renowned resort community developed at the turn of the twentieth century, with prominent families establishing the grand summer cottages that are the signature homes of the island's shorefront today. Today Islesboro's summer community is composed of residents from around the world who appreciate the island's beauty, privacy, and relaxed atmosphere. At about fourteen miles in length, the narrow island includes the villages of Pripet, Islesboro, and Dark Harbor. Located in some of the world's best cruising grounds, the island offers public and private boating facilities, along with tennis courts and a private golf course. Nearby on the mainland, the midcoast region offers a full range of shopping, fine dining, cultural, educational, and recreational opportunities."
