A wanted man was arrested in the Hartland, New Brunswick area on Wednesday.

According to Woodstock Police Cpl. Carter Stone, 27-year-old Joshua Tyler Carvell was arrested without incident by Woodstock Police and RCMP on Wednesday at a motel in the Hartland area.

Carvell was among 4 men arrested after a man was attacked by several people with weapons at a home in Woodstock on Sunday. The man sustained extensive injuries and was treated at the Upper River Valley Hospital.  Police say this was not a random attack, but the victim was targeted.

Police say Carvell appeared in court on Thursday morning, and was remanded in custody for a bail hearing on Monday, March 17th.

Police are still on the lookout for robbery suspect, 23-year-old Peter Noel Chisolm who also goes by the alias Peter Polchies.
