The Codiac Regional RCMP released a video on Thursday in an effort to locate and arrest a 20-year-old Moncton woman, who is wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for first-degree murder and arson.

Marissa Shephard is wanted in connection with the extremely violent murder of 18-year-old Baylee Wylie that happened on December 17, 2015, RCMP say.

The video contains a series of photos of Shephard that demonstrate how easily she can change her appearance.

“It has been six weeks since the tragic death of Baylee Wylie,” says Cst. Jullie Rogers-Marsh.  “It’s important for the public to know we are still actively investigating his violent murder and we are asking people to share the video on social media as much as possible in hopes that someone knows where police can find Marissa Shephard.”

Shephard is described as Caucasian, 167cm (5'5") tall and weighs approximately 45kg (100 lbs). She has brown eyes and brown hair. She has a tattoo with the name Stephen on her neck and a tattoo of a crown on her chest.
