Uncle Willy's Candy Shoppe in Houlton is closing on Saturday. The candy store located at 60 Main Street started in 2008.

Owners, Karen Keber Sutton and her husband, Matthew Sutton, made the decision to close Saturday because of undisclosed medical issues.

They have another store in Camden that will stay open. They are also looking to enhance their online sales.

The Suttons want to thank Houlton for many years in business. They are interested in selling the northern Maine store with it's supplies, but not the name or the candy.
