UMaine Black Bear center Bruce Johnson adds the prestigious Rimington Award to his list of postseason awards.

Already a two-time CAA first team conference player and an AP second team All-American, Johnson now wins the Rimington Award that goes to the nation's top center in each division of college football. Johnson wins for the FCS division.

The Rimington Award is named after former Nebraska great center Dave Rimington who is the only two-time Outland Trophy winner that is awarded each year to the best interior lineman. Rimington won that award in 1981 and 1982.

Johnson, 6-foot-3 300-pound senior, started every game for the Black Bears for the last three seasons.
