The top-seeded University of Maine at Fort Kent Lady Bengals won the 2013 USCAA Soccer National Championships Saturday in a 3-2 overtime thriller over Daemen College of New York.

Ariane Leberge-Pelletier collected a Brianna Mills rebound to score the game winner for the Bengals in the 95th minute of the game.  The victory gave UMFK their third National Championship in the last four years.

Saturday’s game in Charleston, West Virginia was a rematch of the 2012 final in which Daemen won in overtime.

UMFK finishes the year at 17-1-1
