The UMass Minutemen scored two goals in the last 10 minutes of the game and beat UMaine 3-2 Friday night.

The Black Bears got second period goals from Dan Renouf and Conor Riley to take a 2-1 lead into the third period.

But with 10:27 left in the game, Steven Iacobellis scored to tie the game. Then with just over three minutes left,  Shane Walsh scored the game winner.

Maine outshot the Minutemen 37-22.

The Bears fall to 6-14-1. UMass is 6-14-0.

The teams play another non-conference game tonight.
