March 30 – Trooper Hafford investigated a complaint in which an individual’s name and social security number were used to file a fraudulent tax return.

March 30 – Trooper Hafford assisted Madawaska PD as an ERT to process material related to a theft complaint.

March 30 - Trooper Stoutamyer took a report of a domestic assault that had occurred the previous week.  After investigation male subject was arrested for domestic assault, aggravated, male has been arrested in past for other assaults on the female.

April 1 - Trooper Darcy arrested a 20-year-old male from Stacyville at his home.  The male had an active warrant for unpaid fines on an assault charge.

April 1 - Trooper Marquis investigated a two vehicle property damage crash in Stockholm.  As a result of the investigation the 69-year-old female who caused the crash was arrested for OUI and the 20-year-old driver of the other vehicle was charged with OAS.

April 2 - Trooper Sylvia arrested a 35-year-old Bridgewater woman on an outstanding warrant stemming from a traffic stop. The female was also charged with OAS (Habitual Offender).

April 2 - Trooper Saucier charged a Patten man for several counts of theft one for shoplifting and another for stealing from a Patten resident.

April 3 - Trooper Sylvia conducted a K-9 demo at the Fort Street School in Mars Hill.

April 3 - Trooper Marquis investigated a theft of a laptop in St Agatha.  A suspect has been identified and the investigation is ongoing.

April 3 - Trooper Quint responded to a report of criminal mischief in Connor.  Male subject recently returned from prison and discovered ex-girlfriend was seeing another male which upset him.  Male used a baseball bat to smash the windshield of the other male’s car. Trooper Quint is still looking for the male and will speak to his probation officer tomorrow.

April 3 - Trooper Stoutamyer responded to TAMC for a report of a male with a suspicious cut to his arm.  Male was very intoxicated and claimed to have fallen on an axe and cutting the back of his arm, required treatment.  Tr. Stoutamyer went to the alleged residence of the incident where he found two other very intoxicated subjects who both denied any knowledge of how the cut occurred.  Appears the cut was accidental, no further investigation.

April 4 - Trooper Casavant investigated a harassment complaint in Blaine and as a result a cease harassment order was served on the offending party.

April 4 – Trooper Sylvia investigated a theft of a license plate at the Customs Station in Houlton. The investigation is ongoing.

April 5 – Trooper Michaud investigated the theft of medical marijuana from an individual in St. John Plantation.  A small amount of marijuana and money was taken from an outbuilding on the subject’s property.  Evidence was collected from the scene and investigation is ongoing.

Trooper Michaud & Sgt. Harris instructed Border Patrol Agents in Fort Fairfield and Van Buren this week.

Troop F of the Maine State Police is responsible for Aroostook County and the extreme northern sections of Somerset, Piscataquis and Penobscot counties.
