Maine native Travis Roy will be featured tonight on ESPN's E:60 show on a day that marks the 20th anniversary of his hockey accident.

The show which airs tonight at 8pm will focus on the journey Travis has been on since becoming a quadriplegic form integrating into everyday life, getting his college degree and the start of the Travis Roy foundation.

The North Yarmouth Academy graduate had his hockey career come to an end 11 seconds into his first shift as a member of the Boston University hockey program when he ran into the board head first and was paralyzed.

Earlier this week Roy signed a one day contract with the Boston Bruins who also made a $50,000 donation to his foundation. The ice rink at North Yarmouth Academy has been renamed "Travis Roy Arena" and his number 24 is the only number to be retired in BU hockey history.
