58,282 names cover the face of The Moving Wall and those from local VFW posts were on hand to officially welcome the wall and open it up for viewing yesterday.

On Saturday June 22, there will be guest speakers during a ceremony in front of the wall at 1:00pm. At 7:00pm there will be a patriotic cantata led by local Auxiliary President Allison Roy inside the school auditorium.

Maine Vietnam POW-MIA's will be recognized at 2pm on Sunday, June 23, at the wall; followed by a 'Table for One' ceremony and a balloon release.
