According to Steve McCausland of the Maine Public Safety Department, 44-year-old Grant Cilley had jacked up the cab of the truck and was attempting to set a second pair of jacks underneath, when the truck slipped off the first set and crushed him.

The accident took place in the yard of a family business along Main Street in Princeton.
