The Boston Celtics simply could not contain Toronto Raptors guard DeMar DeRozan Friday night. He dropped a career high 43 points as the Raptors beat the C's 107-97.

It the was the first game for the Celtics since the all star break and the trade deadline.

The C's let a 17 point lead slip away when DeRozan got hot. Toronto's new aquisitions, Serge Ibaka and PJ Tucker combined for 24 points and 17 rebounds.

Isaiah Thomas had 20 points to lead Boston.

The C's are now 37-21, still in second place in the East.
