Three People Arrested in Drug Bust in Saint-Antoine, N.B.
Police say two men and a woman were arrested during a drug seizure over the weekend in Saint-Antoine, north of Moncton.
Members of the Southeast District RCMP executed a search warrant at a residence on Renaud Street Friday evening. Two men, aged 39 and 60, and a 66-year-old woman, all from Saint-Antoine, were arrested at the scene.
In the search, police seized a quantity of pills believed to be methamphetamine, according to Corporal Daniel Melanson of the Richibucto Detachment.
All three suspects were later released and are scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
The investigation continues.
