Thomas Rhett has accomplished a lot in his career, but the "Life Changes" hitmaker probably never dreamed of the day he would sing on Sesame Street!

Rhett joins the cast of Sesame Street for a new song, "This is My Street," which was written to celebrate the much-loved show's 50th anniversary.

In the video to accompany the song, Rhett can be seen doing everything from sharing his cookies with Cookie Monster to drawing with Big Bird and counting with the Count. He's all over the Street, strumming his guitar on those famous steps and hanging at Hooper's Store.

The country star hinted that he'd gotten this opportunity in December, when he shared a series of pictures of his girls, Willa Gray and Ada James, meeting the characters. "Yesterday was one for the books," Rhett said at the time.

"'Oh. My. Word. It's the BEST. Day. Ever.' said Willa Gray," the singer's wife, Lauren, shared with fans alongside another pic of their time on Sesame Street. "And she keeps calling Abby her 'best friend.' Talk about a childhood dream come true! We got to go to Sesame Street!!"

This summer, Rhett and family will embark on his headlining Very Hot Summer Tour, which kicks off on May 17. Joining him will be openers Dustin Lynch, Russell Dickerson and Rhett's father, songwriter Rhett Akins.
