3. Old Town
4. Brewer
5. Presque Isle
6. Caribou
7. Belfast
8. Auburn
9. Lewiston
10. Hallowell
Ironically, Hallowell was also on the top ten most liberal cities in Maine list.
None of the top ten towns were over fifty percent.
