Cancer doesn't discriminate. It doesn't care who it effects: young, old, race or gender.
We all know someone who has been stricken with cancer, in one form or another. We've seen first-hand the devastation it can bring to an individual and to a family. Some people win their battle with cancer, while others put up a courageous fight, but seem to lose anyway. It's heartbreaking to watch.
