Update: Death of Presque Isle Man in Police Chase a Homicide
NEWTON, N.H. (AP) — Authorities say Michael Brown, who led police on a 40-mile car chase from Massachusetts into New Hampshire, suffered a gunshot wound to the neck, and his death was a homicide.
